Les horaires, les tarifs et la fiche d&rsquo;inscription sont disponibles dans les<a href=\"https:\/\/taekwondoteyran.fr\/index.php\/infos-pratiques\/\"> infos pratiques du site.<\/a>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La date de rentr\u00e9e est fix\u00e9e au lundi 7, apr\u00e8s les forums des associations auxquels vous pourrez nous retrouver pour vous informer : Assas et Saint-Dr\u00e9z\u00e9ry vendredi 4 en soir\u00e9e, Teyran samedi 5 matin. Le Taekwonform reprendra le jeudi 10 avec la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance anim\u00e9e par Audrey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez faire 1 ou 2 cours d&rsquo;essai dans la discipline choisie sur le mois de septembre. A l&rsquo;issue de ces essais le dossier d&rsquo;inscription complet doit \u00eatre fourni lors de la troisi\u00e8me s\u00e9ance : il comprend la fiche d&rsquo;inscription, le r\u00e8glement et pour les pratiquants du Taekwondo, un certificat m\u00e9dical de non contre-indication.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les enfants sont admis \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 6 ans (date de naissance 2020 et avant), les ados int\u00e8grent le cours ados-adultes \u00e0 partir de 13 ans. Les premiers cours de Taekwondo se font en tenue sportive souple : tee-shirt et bas de surv\u00eatement, pieds nus sur les tapis, sans autre accessoire (pas de montre, bijoux pour raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9) . Vous aurez \u00e0 acheter une tenue (Dobok) pour la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re : le club dispose d&rsquo;un stock dans toutes les tailles, et quelques doboks d&rsquo;occasion en bon \u00e9tat.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le logo du club est \u00ab\u00a0Taekwondo &#8211; Hapkimudo\u00a0\u00bb mais vous n&rsquo;arrivez pas \u00e0 trouver d&rsquo;information sur l&rsquo;Hapkimudo dans le site ? Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints d&rsquo;arr\u00eater cette activit\u00e9 de self-d\u00e9fense \u00e0 la fin de la saison derni\u00e8re, faute de pratiquants, nous avons pr\u00e9vu d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer dans le programme de Taekwondo une plus grande part de Hoshinsoul (self-d\u00e9fense) afin de maintenir une palette compl\u00e8te de comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 notre art martial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous avez des questions ?
