Alexandre est un des fondateurs du club, titulaire d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019\u00e9ducateur sportif (DESJEPS 2e degr\u00e9). Son exp\u00e9rience en arts martiaux cor\u00e9ens, mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e par un 6e Dan en Taekwondo et 2e Dan en Hapkimudo, s\u2019est enrichie\n d\u2019autres disciplines telles que le judo, le karat\u00e9, la boxe tha\u00ef, le kung-fu et le wadoryu.<\/p>\n

Il est le responsable technique du club et coordonne l’enseignement du Taekwondo pour les deux groupes d’\u00e2ges (enfants et ados-adultes).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Alain int\u00e8gre en 2026-27 l’\u00e9quipe enseignante du club apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 le Dipl\u00f4me d’Instructeur F\u00e9d\u00e9ral lors de la saison pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Pratiquant au club de Teyran depuis plus de 15 ans, il souhaite diffuser sa passion de notre discipline\n aux adh\u00e9rents du club et les amener \u00e0 progresser, se d\u00e9passer et prendre confiance en leurs capacit\u00e9s quel que soit le niveau de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n

Titulaire du 4e dan de Taekwondo et du premier dan d’Hapkimudo, il est \u00e9galement le responsable de la communication du club.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Adrien nous rejoint pour diversifier les activit\u00e9s de type bien-\u00eatre physique par la cr\u00e9ation du Taek’training. Il est \u00e9galement en charge de l’animation d’une des deux s\u00e9ances de Takwonform, celle du jeudi.<\/p>\n

Adrien est coach sportif priv\u00e9, passionn\u00e9 d’endurance et de force physique. Sa polyvalence s’exprime par ses nombreuses activit\u00e9s dont le trail, la course, le fitness, le Hyrox. Fort de ses propres exp\u00e9riences en comp\u00e9tition, il accompagne\n chaque participant avec bienveillance et exigence pour allier performance, sant\u00e9 durable et plaisir dans l’effort.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Audrey rejoint le club pour enrichir le Taekwonform du jeudi d’une approche globale du mouvement et de la performance.<\/p>\n

Enseignante en activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e, elle a construit son expertise \u00e0 travers des univers compl\u00e9mentaires : musculation, force athl\u00e9tique, sp\u00e9cialisation abdominaux et p\u00e9rin\u00e9e et reprogrammation neuro-posturale (une m\u00e9thode qui\n travaille le syst\u00e8me nerveux pour optimiser la posture, la coordination et l’efficacit\u00e9 du geste sportif).<\/p>\n

Cette palette lui permet de proposer une pr\u00e9paration physique qui va \u00e0 l’origine du mouvement pour am\u00e9liorer durablement la performance, avec \u00e9coute et bienveillance<\/p>\n
